Method
- In a medium saucepan, add 2 cups of cold milk.
- Mix sugar, corn starch and sea salt together in a small bowl.
- Slowly add the combined sugar, corn starch and sea salt to the cold milk.
- Heat over medium heat until small bubbles form along the edges of the pot.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla and butter. Stir until butter has completely melted.
- Spoon pudding into bowls. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
