Goat Milk Vanilla Pudding Recipe

A delicious and creamy vanilla pudding made using goats milk.Note: Other types of milk can be substituted in place of the goats milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups goats milk You may substitute other types of milk such as cows milk or nut milk.
  • 1/3 cup white sugar I use organic cane sugar.
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan, add 2 cups of cold milk.
  2. Mix sugar, corn starch and sea salt together in a small bowl.
  3. Slowly add the combined sugar, corn starch and sea salt to the cold milk.
  4. Heat over medium heat until small bubbles form along the edges of the pot.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla and butter. Stir until butter has completely melted.
  6. Spoon pudding into bowls. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
