Goat Milk Vanilla Pudding

We often have extra goat milk in the refrigerator so I decided to try some new recipes to use up some of the milk. When I tried this goat milk vanilla pudding recipe we loved it, so it quickly became one of our favorite goat milk dessert recipes. It’s rich, creamy and has a hint of vanilla flavor.

I use raw goat milk in my recipes but if you don’t have your own goat milk, you can use pasteurized goat milk from the grocery store or farmer’s market. I use Nigerian Dwarf goat milk which has a high butterfat percentage than some other goat breeds so this could alter the taste of the goat milk vanilla pudding recipe, depending on what breed of goat you use for the milk.

I had never tried making homemade vanilla pudding before so I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to make. With just a few simple ingredients you already have in your pantry, it’s an excellent choice for a quick and easy dessert. You can top it with fresh berries or fruit or serve it plain. Another way to change up the recipe is to use honey or maple syrup instead of sugar. Using maple syrup, especially, will alter the flavor of your vanilla goat milk pudding but if you like the taste of maple syrup, it could be a nice way to change things up a bit.

If you are looking for a fast and easy goat milk dessert recipe, you need to give this a try.
